DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

YES! Please note international customers may have to pay import taxes, custom fees or other charges as designated by their countries laws when they receive their package. Those fees are the responsibility of the buyer only. 

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

I rarely accept custom orders these days. I will occasionally post a custom space on Instagram so be sure to follow @mendbyrubygracedolls on Instagram for updates. Custom orders take approximately 6-8 weeks for construction and processing. Custom order pricing begins at $200.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

Ready to ship orders take anywhere from 4-5 business days. All orders are shipped first class 3-5 day shipping unless requested otherwise for an additional fee to upgrade to priority.
